All persons and bags entering the venue will be subject to a search.
Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 11" x 16" x 4" are permitted. Approved bags are available at registration. Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle/strap can be taken into the venue. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at security entrance.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
Purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size. Any bag that fits within the dimensions must be clear to be permitted in the venue.
Electronics: desktop computers, laptops, storage devices, professional video or audio recording equipment (unless requested via the link in the press FAQ), drones.
Food: Alcohol, prepared food, glass bottles, cans.
Weapons: Firearms, fireworks, flammable liquids or aerosol products, knives, daggers, swords, clubs, maces, other crushing or edged weapons, projectiles, air guns, long bows, crossbows.
Miscellaneous: large containers, large bags (exceeding 11” x 16” x 4”), strollers, skateboards, E-Cigs, vapes, hoverboards, scooters (except for people with disabilities), pets (except service animals).
**Any attendee found to have violated the prohibited items list may be removed from a Call of Duty World League event. **
Tablets (such as iPads) and video cameras are permitted for use in the Call of Duty World League exhibit halls.
Personal equipment may not be connected to any computer for any reason at any time.
